Pricing

If you are interested in having us draw something for you, send us an e-mail at order@kwesipencil.com with a reference picture.

Make sure the picture is a decent size and detailed (remember we can only draw what we see so if the detail is low, the detail in the drawing will be low).

We will then make all the arrangements concerning size and medium. We require a 70% down payment before we start any work.

Throughout the rendering process we will send you updates just to show you where we’re at with the work. When the work is done we will send you one last mail with the finished product. If you are satisfied with the work we will make preparations to send the drawing. At this point the remaining 30% will be paid. Usually, most drawings take us about a week to complete (depending on size and medium). Please keep in mind that we do receive other orders also so if you would like the work by a certain date, give us ample time to create. Thank you for considering a commission.

 

Notice

When you order a drawing from us you are purchasing a very fine, detailed piece of artwork. All of our drawings are done on Fabriano hotpressed illustration board. This board is acid free and 100% cotton which means it will not fade or yellow and will stand the test of time. For added protection we spray all works with UV absorbing fixative.

 

All our drawings are insured for their full value upon shipping. Life is unpredictable and we insure just in case something were to happen during transit. So neither the customer nor Kwesi Pencil would be negatively affected.

 

If you are part of a PSP community, blog, website, or publishing group and would like to use our work, please respect the following wishes. You may use our images however you'd like but please remain tasteful. All we ask is to be credited for the original drawing. We require a link back to our website along with our name wherever you post our artwork. Also, We'd love it if you  e-mail us to show your finished work.
